Refund policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give any reason.

Return conditions

  • The item must be new, unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging, with all its tags.
  • Items returned in a non-compliant condition (worn, damaged, soiled) may be partially refunded or refused.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us at contact.prestige99@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) concerned (you can use the model withdrawal form below).
  2. Send the parcel back within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment.

Refund

All sums paid are refunded within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the return or of proof of shipment, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Defective item or order error

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days at contact.prestige99@gmail.com with a photo: we cover the return and exchange or refund the item. Your statutory warranties (conformity and hidden defects) apply in all cases.
