Data we collect
We collect the data you provide to us and the data generated by your browsing:
- Identity and contact details: last name, first name, postal address, email, phone number;
- Order data: products ordered, amount, history;
- Payment data: processed directly by our secure payment providers (we do not store your card numbers);
- Browsing data: via cookies and trackers (see the Cookie Policy).

Recipients
Your data is intended for PRESTIGE and its strictly necessary processors: host (Shopify), payment providers, carriers (La Poste / Colissimo, Boxtal), emailing tools and, subject to your consent, advertising networks (Meta). Some providers may transfer data outside the European Union, under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).
Retention period
Account and order data are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting obligations: 10 years). Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn or for 3 years after the last contact.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by emailing contact.prestige99@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
