Delivery areas
We deliver to France, Europe and the rest of the world.
Delivery times (from shipment)
- France: 5 to 7 working days
- Europe: 7 to 12 working days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 working days
These times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and carriers. Order preparation time may be added. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Pre-order items
Some items are offered on pre-order. For these items, the shipping time is 4 to 6 weeks from the order date, including the standard delivery time for your area. If an order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, everything is shipped once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order, based on destination and weight.
Customs (orders outside the European Union)
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply on receipt; they are payable by the recipient and are beyond PRESTIGE's control.
Tracking and issues
If your parcel is not received, is damaged or has a tracking issue, contact us at contact.prestige99@gmail.com: we will open an investigation with the carrier.
